AlMaghrib Institute provides premier Islamic Education to the largest student body in the English language. AlMaghrib’s trademark Retreats, Ilmnights, one day, single weekend and double-weekend seminars run year-round in 14 countries and over 40 cities.

In this fast-paced environment, we’re looking for an all-star Regional Operations Manager to run the European chapters with a special kind of finesse. Currently, AlMaghrib operates in 12 European cities, London, Bristol, Birmingham Manchester, Bradford, Sheffield, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dublin, Stockholm, Copenhagen and strategies in place for expansion.

Title: European Operations Manager
Salary: Based on Experience
Hours: Full time 

Job Scope

  • Manage operations in all European city chapters
  • Ascertaining growth opportunities financially and geographically
  • Lead and motivate teams of volunteers across the nation
  • Strategise, plan and direct key projects
  • Oversee planning and execution of effective marketing plans for each chapter
  • Develop and foster relations with grassroot organizations
  • Streamline instructor logistics at all levels
  • Recruit, select, and develop chapter heads
  • Develop and inspire leaders in each chapter
  • Liaise between European chapters and global headquarters
  • Reports into Managing Director Europe & Emerging Markets


Job Requirements

  • University degree (minimum Bachelors)
  • Legally allowed to work in Europe
  • 3-5 years in a managerial/leadership role for a recognized organization
  • Experience with product sales
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally for short or long duration
  • Availability on evenings and weekends
  • Passion for Da’wah and Islamic Education
  • Exceptional manners, etiquettes and Islamic behavior
